For Gainsight's flagship Pulse 2026 conference, I created a cinematic Indiana Jones-style movie trailer that turns a new product launch into a treasure hunt. CEO Chuck Ganapathi leads his executive team through dense canopy in search of the Long-tAIl Treasure, a stand-in for Project Butterfly, Gainsight's new AI-powered offering for the long-tail customer segments most software companies leave on the table.

Vista Equity Partners wanted to open their Annual General Meeting with a piece that reflected their leadership in AI investment — and traced the breakthroughs that brought us to this moment, with Vista's role in that history made visible. So I made the medium the message. I wrote the script, then used AI to clone the executive leader’s voice, generate every frame of imagery, and compose the original score.

Distilling complex tax compliance technology into something genuinely entertaining is a notorious challenge in the enterprise space. Before generative AI, a production of this visual scale was economically out of reach for even the most ambitious corporate projects. Teaming up with writer Jordan Rubin and leveraging my own specialized AI pipeline, I was able to build a world that is as visually engaging as it is accessible - fusing high-end cinematic aesthetics with a clear, rhythmic narrative to demystify Avalara’s core offerings.

By orchestrating a sophisticated AI generative pipeline, the project achieved a level of digital world-building and spectacle typically reserved for major studio productions—fusing human performance with high-speed storytelling to launch the brand’s most significant event of the year.

Behind every polished film is a reel of outtakes, even when the physical set never actually existed. For this project, I employed the same AI tools to deliberately craft a series of behind-the-scenes "flubs." Instead of capturing real mistakes, I engineered the illusion of human error by designing these lighthearted bloopers with the exact same care and craft as the final Avalara opening film.
